Building careers around our values

WeV works with people seeking meaningful employment, workers already contributing to the social solidarity economy, and the communities and organizations that support them. Their work helps people navigate careers that align with their values while advancing more just, sustainable, and dignified livelihoods for workers and communities.

One way they do this is through the Anticapitalist Job Hunt Club, a space for people navigating meaningful work to connect with one another, share what they’re working on, talk about freelancer solidarity, exchange ideas, and build relationships. Whether you’re actively looking for a new job, rethinking your relationship to work, or simply curious about building a career in the solidarity economy, WeV is creating spaces and resources to help people find their way.
